angle bisector

This is a photo of a quill nib. A quill nib represents an angle bisector. A quill nib is a piece of metal with a slit through the center creating an angle bisector. This object was found on a desk, and can be found in art rooms. Artists use nibs and so do writers.

congruent acute angles

I chose a window to represent congruent acute angles. The frame on the window creates many acute angles that have the same measure. This window was found in an office space. You can find windows anywhere on most sheltered areas. It can be used as a device to see the outside from inside an enclosed area. Everyone uses windows there is no specification.

line perpendicular to a plane

This is a picture of a door frame. It intersects with the floor (the plane) creating a 90^o  angle. The angle is perpendicular because a perpendicular angle is one that creates 90^o. This object was found in my house. You can find doorframes in almost any sheltered area. A doorframe is used as a passage from one room to another or can be a space for a door to fit.

     A door can be used in the industry of hospitality. In many restaurants the door shows the class of the restaurant.

coplanar parallel lines

This image is a wooden picket fence. This fence shows parallel lines on the same plane. Each wood plank is parallel to the next. This image was found on a lawn (common place to find them) it is commonly used as security. Other uses of picket fences include decoration and, at one time, around baseball fields.
